Pricing Sheet

1-5 Properties

Property owners who have one to five properties under management with Dyad Real Estate and Property Management will pay the following:

10% Property Management Fee (Minimum $40.00)

10% Fee on Maintenance Services Rendered

50% of First Months Rent with Every New Tenant. Does Not Apply to Occupied Units on the Carried-over Tenant. (This covers tenant background checks, credit check, placement fee, and marketing expenses.)

6-20 Properties

Property owners who have six to twenty properties under management with Dyad Real Estate and Property Management will pay the following:

9% Property Management Fee (Minimum $40.00)

10% Fee on Maintenance Services Rendered

50% of First Months Rent with Every New Tenant. Does Not Apply to Occupied Units on the Carried-over Tenant. (This covers tenant background checks, credit check, placement fee, and marketing expenses.)

21+ Properties or HOA Management

Property owners who have 20 or more properties under management with Dyad Real Estate and Property Management or HOAs will pay the following:

5% Property Management Fee (Minimum $40.00)

10% Fee on Maintenance Services Rendered

50% of First Months Rent with Every New Tenant. Does Not Apply to Occupied Units on the Carried-over Tenant. (This covers tenant background checks, credit check, placement fee, and marketing expenses.)
